For the fastest help, open Help inside the app and start a Crisp live chat. The app securely adds relevant store, plan, rule, publication, and theme-embed context so you do not need to copy it manually.

You can also email support@slurvo.com. We are most responsive from 9am–5pm UK time. Include the store’s.myshopify.com domain, the rule name, what you expected, and what occurred. Do not send customer payment details or account passwords.

Quick checks

1. Confirm the theme app embed is active in the published theme.
2. Confirm the rule is Active and has no publication warning.
3. Check that the cart meets every threshold and the reward variant is available for sale.
4. Test in the online store with a fresh cart. Automatic gifts must be zero-priced or use the app’s 100% free-gift discount.
